This presentation will recapitulate a five-years effort to legalize the growing and processing of cannabis for my daughter who is suffering from a progressive form of multiple sclerosis and is successfully using cannabis to mitigate various symptoms of this disease.
The attitude of authorities towards medical cannabis treatment in one family will be described in detail as well as a possible defence against human rights violation by the Czech Republic.
